# SHIPdock

> SHIPdock is an AI implementation partner. Its forward deployed engineers (FDEs) work inside a company to find where AI saves real time and money, build the fixes with the company's own people, and prove the savings. Everything SHIPdock builds belongs to the client and runs on the client's own servers and accounts, with no license fees.

Key facts:

- The offer is a loop: Audit (about 4 weeks, with shipdock.ai, SHIPdock's audit app), then Build (2 to 3 months), then Grow (monthly). The audit is the door: each round proves its savings before the client buys the next one.
- The audit shows where time and money go, which apps AI agents can connect to (Agent-ready, API-friendly, Export only or Closed), a roadmap of 3 to 7 fixes, and new paid AI roles ready to fill. A fix is an AI system or an automation.
- Everyone on board wins: the client's people get paid AI roles and rewards, management gets savings from AI systems and automations, and SHIPdock gets a fee for proven savings.
- Trust before data: nothing is tracked until the launch lock is complete. The owner records a 2 to 3 minute video, signs a written promise, and publishes paid AI roles and rewards with real amounts. The NDA, the privacy notice and the employee rep review come first too.
- Never collected: what people type, webcam or microphone, private emails or chats, scores or rankings of people, one person's data shown to their manager.
- Work, not people: recorded only while a job runs, results only for groups of 5 or more, and people can see, correct, download and delete their data.
- New paid AI roles inside the client's company. AI Champion: one in every team, helps colleagues use AI and the new systems, gets a monthly allowance on top of salary and 2 to 4 protected hours a week. AI Hero: owns one AI system and builds it with an FDE, gets role pay while building, a results bonus once proven, and a permanent AI job offer after 1 or 2 proven systems. Anyone can apply. People choose who gets each role; shipdock.ai never ranks applicants.
- Proof, not decks: the audit runs are the baseline, and after a fix goes live the same people time the same job again. Time saved per year = (minutes before - minutes after) x runs per week x people x 46 working weeks.
- EU-first. Everything is under NDA. Data is stored in the EU, and run data is deleted 90 days after the audit.
- Prices are individual (industry, size, revenue) and are not published.

SHIPdock replies by email to set up a first call. There is no public email address and no price list.
